The hydraulic cylinder is piston type structure, the key seal of the cylinder is selected to resist aging and sealing but good sealing ring, the cylinder body is selected 45# diffraction grinding tube, the inner hole is good, the large cylinder body is 45# forged steel parts, the plunger is 45# round steel, and the surface chrome plating treatment, that is, rustproof and wear-resistant.

5. The hydraulic pipeline adopts cold-drawn seamless steel pipe, and enters the installation after the process of welding, grinding, pickling, neutralizing, phosphating, clearing Shen, blowing dry, oiling, etc. The pipeline arrangement is clear and neat, the high pressure pipe bending radius is standardized, the high and low pressure pipe has obvious color distinction, which is convenient for maintenance, and the passages larger than 25 passages are connected by flange to reduce the occurrence of oil leakage of the whole machine.
